American Dockworks: The Experts Who Make Boating Better (And Easier)

American Dockworks is one of the premiere floating boat dock manufacturing and construction firms in the nation. We specialize in the design and installation of new docks, performing marina renovations as well as dock repairs resulting from storm damage. Our manufacturing facility specializes in fabricating galvanized steel floating docks supported by foam-encapsulated HDPE floatation.

Whether you are building a full-service marina, upgrading your floating ship store, or even adding an on-water restaurant experience for your customers, American Dockworks has the design and construction expertise to make it happen. Wherever your project is located, from coast-to-coast, American Dockworks should be your first call!

Before they ever touched a Touchless Cover®, American Dockworks had already carved out a reputation as the go‑to crew for serious waterfront projects. After all, if you’re already building high-end, custom docks and lifts, you might as well offer a full-service solution that includes top-of-the-line boat protection. And Touchless Cover does exactly that, automatic, remote-controlled boat covers that eliminate the hassle of snaps, ropes, or straps. They service every major marina on Lake Cumberland, including their neighbors at Lee’s Ford Resort Marina, Wolf Creek Marina, Burnside Marina, Conley Bottom Resort, and Jamestown Marina Resort.

Touchless Cover® is an automatic, custom-made boat cover designed to protect your watercraft, RV, golf cart, or motorcycle with the push of a button. These covers are built from durable, high-grade materials engineered to withstand Florida’s harsh sun, storms, and humidity, while preventing dust and debris accumulation. Each system operates independently of the vehicle’s lift or service system and can be controlled using a remote, smartphone app, or smart home device. This allows for easy access and maximum convenience, ensuring you spend more time enjoying the water and less time struggling with manual covers.

Benefits of Touchless Covers®

Easy to use: Operates via remote control or mobile app with a simple press of a button.
