Dave is the fearless leader behind Touchless Boat Cover® and has been in the Marine industry for over 25 years. “I truly enjoy being anywhere there is water. I’ve been around boats my entire life and I appreciate the opportunity to share that lifestyle with my family. It’s awesome to see my kids growing up with the same love and passion to get out on the water. We are Aquaholics!”
Having worked for TBC for over 18yrs Dave has been involved in growing the company and introducing the product to an international market.

Holly keeps the wheels turning and the covers covering! As part of the team for more than 15 years, Holly is a key part of its success.
“I feel like we offer our customers a solution to one of their biggest challenges in boating and that is so rewarding. My passion is to spend time with my family and create memories and our product allows our customers to do just that!”
Our operations stay on track because of Carlos and his team. As plant manager, Carlos keeps things running smoothly and considers all the complicated logistics involved in building our custom covers.
“What I like most about my work is how dynamic it is. I love being able to create ideas and develop them, make plans and reach goals. Being able to have in our hands the possibility of improving something is fabulous and the best thing is that our customers have a team working every minute thinking about how to make things better for them.” In addition to being passionate about his work, Carlos is also a family man. “I really like spending time at home with my family, which is my main motivation. A good meal, a good wine or a good book, and a weekend round of golf. Golf is a sport that requires the mind and body in perfect harmony. Challenges like rain, wind, lakes, and sand traps, force me to think how to overcome them, and always requires thinking about and creating new strategies.”
Building a strong team is not something that happens by chance. Jesse’s strategic and passionate work within the company has made Touchless Boat Cover’s team of dealers one that is admired throughout the industry. For over 8 years of being with the company my drive and passion to help evolve the product into what it has become now, compared to what it was, is what drives me to continue to make a one of a kind product. “Knowing that each Touchless Cover™ is handmade here in the U.S.A. and each one is custom made should make anyone proud to own a Touchless Boat Cover®.”
Jesse also enjoys spending time with family “…at the beach for a stay-cation, finding a great place to fish, going to the gun range, target practicing with my bow in the back yard, or just lounging out by the pool.”
There is nothing general about our General Manager. Andreas leads a team of Touchless Boat Cover® staff and assures that none of the details are overlooked. Without a strong team leader the ambiance in the office just wouldn’t be the same.

As the East Regional Sales Manager Rod partners with area dealers, helping them to grow their businesses and lead them to success. “Many times, those relationships turn into friendships.” Rod has found that the Touchless Boat Cover® is more than just a company selling a great product, but a family of dedicated staff who encourage and support each other. The feeling is infectious! So much so that he shares each success with his wife Andrea with whom he has been married to for over 30 years!
Todd manages and supports our team of partners and dealers in the western region of the country. He is particularly suited for the position with expertise in photography, boating and waterskiing. The Touchless Boat Cover® has provided endless stories of how the product has improved lives and reduced stress for our customers, and Todd works hard to capture and share those stories.

Joy is originally from Southwest Florida and has been a team- member for 8 years. “My goal is to assist all of our dealers with their needs so they can focus on the customer’s needs.”
This place would just be plain disorganized if Ada wasn’t here keeping tabs on all of us. With her knack for spreadsheets and clear communication, we keep a tight ship!

We’re thrilled to bring Chad on board to develop and train our dealers.
“I’ve been a Touchless Boat Cover® installer for 7 years with a local dealer. I am fortunate to have the opportunity to build my knowledge and career working with the team at the Orlando, Headquarters. Since starting I’ve learned so much by working alongside Jesse, my mentor. Now I am able to help process work orders to prepare them to be constructed. I also provide technical support, and instruction for our dealer training classes. I enjoy helping helping new dealers come aboard. My knowledge and experience help our dealers with questions or ideas they might have.
On my personal time I like to relax beside the pool or lake with friends and family as the BBQ smoker is going. I enjoy enjoying their company and sharing good food. I believe that’s key to a healthy and successful lifestyle.”
Manny is the Man! As our Quality Controller, Manny is responsible for assuring that every detail is accurate. As you can imagine… there are a lot of details. Manny is a busy guy! In his own words:
